Part of the Sacred Charge (www.sacredcharge.com) commitment is to fast weekly and spend time in prayer – two things that have definitely strengthened me spiritually. I spent this morning fasting and spending time in the Word, studying and meditating on the Bible before I started work. My evening class got canceled tonight and when I got home, there was no one there. I had this overwhelming burden to just go to the secret place and spend time with Jesus. I got into the secret place and tuned into the IHOPU Student Awakening and just invited Holy Spirit to come.

During the praise and worship, I literally felt Jesus’ presence, I felt His manifest, weighty presence and just felt this good kind of weightiness. As I opened my heart to Holy Spirit, I saw this breath-taking vision. I saw Jesus, my spirit just new that it was Jesus standing before me, and He looked at me and pointed to the side. Right then, in my heart I heard, “Go to the world” and then I saw Him hand me a key and He kept pointing and then I heard Him telling me to go, and the I kept hearing, “I’m sending you; I’m commissioning you” over and over. My heart was suddenly filled with such compassion for the lost as He revealed to me how much He loved the lost, and I kept hearing, “Go tell them, Go tell them, Go tell them” over and over. And for the next few minutes, God just downloaded into my heart what His heart was for the lost – He said, “Show them the love I showed you.” And I saw Jesus’ eyes of compassion while He hung on the cross, and then I saw His eyes of compassion after He was raised, and then again I saw His eyes of compassion as He intercedes for the lost in Heaven.

Tonight, I felt just a taste of the love and compassion that Jesus has for the lost. I hope that you have been able to see what’s in Jesus’ heart for those who are lost. Doesn't matter if it's on your campus, neighborhood, or city, just go and do the work Jesus has called us to do! Jesus is sending us all out – you don’t need to see a vision or feel anything tingly. You just need to know that He has told us to go and tell the world, go and heal the sick, and go and cast out demons in the NAME OF JESUS!!! Go!!!
